New Feature: Vendor Management Featuring Notifications
Last Updated December 16, 2019
Successful tour or activity businesses work hand in hand with local vendors. For example, food tours need to update each stop with guest counts and dietary needs. Because of this, operators are doing manual vendor notifications by phone or in person.
Automate this process and save time and money! Vendor Management is now live for all EzTix Tour and Activity accounts.
Here are the benefits!
Unlimited Vendor Notifications by Text or Email
Each of your vendors will have different preferences for their updates. Some will want a quick text, while others would prefer an email. In fact, you may have contacts who want both! So, your notification options offer SMS and email messaging to as many contacts as needed. Vendor Management
Think about a busy cafe, for example. A general manager is an obvious choice to send a food tour’s tour details for the day. However, it’s unlikely the manager is on the front lines when the tour arrives. You can easily direct an additional notification to an email address accessible by the barista, no matter who’s working that day.
Track Vendor Billing
Many of our Partners have been using separate software to track billing to vendors. As a result, they’re paying for extra software and spending even more time administering this data. Vendor Management can #MakeItEz to keep track within your EzTix account.
We’ve worked with operators around the world to understand better the range of pricing agreements you’re using. Flat, per guest, even tiered pricing are available is available.
You’ll now have a simple way to keep track of money owed and reconcile after you’ve made payment.
The tour business is full of changes. So, you’ll need an easy way to swap out local vendors on the fly.
Arrange your experiences in lineups that cover the various options you need day by day. Perhaps on the occasional Sunday, you’ve got a vendor who closes up shop. As a result, you need to swap in another partner nearby, as well as their pricing and notification data.
A quick lineup swap means you can trust your partners are in the know. Additionally, your financial details will also reflect the change.
