How do I join the virtual experience?
The virtual experience will be hosted on Zoom. Instructions on how to access the virtual event are included in the Pre-Event Email.
Can I transfer this invitation?
No, this invitation is non–transferrable and is a way to thank you for the relationship you have with Korean Air and SKYPASS Visa® Credit Card.
How will I get my tickets?
You will not need a ticket, as this is a virtual event hosted via Zoom. Once you have registered for the event, you will be emailed the link to view the virtual event. The link to the virtual event is also included in the Pre-Event Email, which you should have received.

How long will this virtual event last?
The virtual event will last one hour.
What is included in the dinner package that is being delivered for the event?
Package will include ingredients needed to craft Chef Choi’s pizzadilla.
How much food is included in the dinner package?
Each dinner package serves one (1) person. Cardmembers can purchase up to four (4) dinner packages.
What items will I need in advance of the virtual experience?
Griddle or Two (2) Large Pans (2nd Pan Optional), Spatula (2nd Spatula Optional), Tongs, Bowl, Knife, Spoon, Cutting Board, Citrus Juicer (Optional), Large Flat Serving Plate, Pizza Cutter
*Note this meal should be cooked on a cook-top/range
When and where will the dinner package be delivered?
Your dinner package will be delivered on Wednesday, November 11 between 11 am and 5 pm, local time, to the address registered with your SKYPASS Visa® account.
I have dietary restrictions (Vegan, Gluten Free, etc.) can you accommodate me?
We cannot accommodate any dietary requests.
