The global COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic has forced a halt to tourism, events, and activities worldwide. As such, we know you’re feeling anxious about the future. To help ensure all of our Partners have accurate information, we will update this page with resources and service alerts as needed.

As the initial surge of support requests has tapered, we have made the choice to reduce support hours. This is in an effort to abide by health recommendations and protect our staff.
We answer all requests in the order they are received. The fastest way to create a support request is by email.
Some Partners may receive payouts later than they would regularly. Our team at EzTix, as well as at our banks and payment processors are all working as quickly as possible through incredibly high demand, in an unprecedented crisis.
Because the crisis is unprecedented, there is no playbook, and there will be difficulties.
Helping activity and event operators build businesses is what we are passionate about. That means for many operators, you are paid out for sales on tours and events that have not yet occurred. In the face of massive cancellations and refund requests, this poses an exponential risk. In order to protect your finances and those of EzTix, we are undertaking additional measures to ensure all accounts are accurate in a quickly changing environment.
This process, while it may lead to delays, is vital in ensuring we are in accordance with payment processing regulations.
